Vendor Relations - Courier / Logistics (3-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vendor Relations professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Pharma background to understand and manage relationships with vendors crucial to our pharmaceutical logistics operations. This role involves ensuring smooth and compliant operations, negotiating terms, and fostering strong partnerships to support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key vendors, particularly those involved in pharmaceutical supply chain and logistics.
- Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with new and existing vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, procurement, legal) to identify vendor needs and ensure alignment.
- Resolve vendor-related issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, particularly concerning pharmaceutical transportation.
- Analyze vendor data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in vendor management and pharmaceutical logistics.
- Support the onboarding of new vendors and manage their integration into our operational framework.
