Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Venture Capital Investor to join our team, focusing on identifying, evaluating, and investing in promising startups within the FinTech and Payments sector in India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian market dynamics, emerging technologies, and the venture capital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen potential investment opportunities in the FinTech and Payments space.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, including market analysis, financial modeling, and competitive landscape assessment.
- Develop investment theses and present recommendations to the investment committee.
- Negotiate term sheets and investment agreements.
- Actively monitor portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and support to drive growth and value creation.
- Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and other stakeholders in the Indian startup ecosystem.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in FinTech and Payments.
