Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven and analytical Venture Capital Investor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing investments in early-stage startups across various sectors in India. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, financial analysis, and a passion for supporting entrepreneurial ventures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and identify promising investment opportunities through networking, market research, and deal flow generation.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including market analysis, financial modeling, competitive landscape assessment, and management team evaluation.
- Develop investment theses and present investment recommendations to the Investment Committee.
- Negotiate term sheets and manage the legal and financial closing process for new investments.
- Actively support portfolio companies post-investment through strategic guidance, operational advice, and network introductions.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and venture capital landscape in India and globally.
