Venture Capital Investor - Biotechnology

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Venture Capital Investor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the biotechnology sector, a passion for innovation, and a proven ability to identify and evaluate promising investment opportunities. You will be responsible for sourcing deals, conducting due diligence, financial modeling, market analysis, and actively supporting our portfolio companies.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in early-stage and growth-stage biotechnology companies.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including scientific, market, financial, and team assessments.
- Develop financial models and valuation analyses.
- Prepare investment memos and present recommendations to the investment committee.
- Monitor and support portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and operational assistance.
- Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, researchers, and industry experts.

Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA) in a life science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, management consulting, or business development within the biotechnology sector.
- Strong understanding of drug discovery, development, and regulatory pathways.
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.
