We are seeking a meticulous and organized Verification Team Lead to join our growing team in Thane. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and quality of our design assets and client deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of verification processes and a keen eye for detail, with 2-4 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree. You will be responsible for leading a team of verification specialists, setting standards, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of verification specialists, providing guidance and support.
Develop and implement verification checklists and quality assurance protocols.
Conduct thorough reviews of design assets (graphics, visualizations, etc.) for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client specifications.
Identify and report discrepancies, errors, or areas for improvement to the relevant teams.
Manage team workload and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
Collaborate with project managers and design teams to resolve verification issues.
Maintain detailed records of verification activities and outcomes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of verification processes and tools.
