Verification Team Lead

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Verification Team Lead to join our dynamic Quality Assurance team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of verification processes within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry and a proven ability to lead a team. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products through rigorous verification procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of verification specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and accurate completion of verification tasks.
- Develop, implement, and oversee verification protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve verification plans, protocols, and reports, ensuring all activities are documented meticulously.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Control) to address any issues or deviations identified during the verification process.
- Manage team resources, workload, and performance to meet project timelines and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory guidelines, and emerging technologies in verification and quality assurance.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations related to verification activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex verification challenges, ensuring root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
