Verification Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Verification Team Lead to join our dynamic Verification Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of verification analysts, ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of all verification processes. This role involves managing team performance, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of quality and compliance within our analytics and KPO operations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of verification analysts.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for verification processes.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing development opportunities.
- Generate reports on team productivity, quality metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within verification, quality assurance, or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of verification processes and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools.
