Verification Team Lead

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Verification Team Lead to join our dynamic hardware engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of verification engineers, ensuring the timely and high-quality verification of complex hardware designs. This role requires a strong technical background in hardware verification methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of verification engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Develop and execute comprehensive verification plans and strategies for complex ASIC/FPGA designs.
- Define and implement verification methodologies, including UVM, OVM, or similar.
- Create and maintain verification environments, testbenches, and test cases.
- Drive the verification closure process, ensuring coverage goals are met.
- Collaborate with design engineers to resolve issues and improve design quality.
- Participate in architectural reviews and provide feedback on design for verifiability.
- Track team progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest verification technologies and trends.
