Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Verification Team Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of verification engineers, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of verification projects, and contributing to the overall success of our verification processes. This role requires strong technical expertise in verification methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of verification engineers, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and execute comprehensive verification plans and strategies.
- Oversee the design and implementation of verification test cases and methodologies.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to understand product requirements and identify potential risks.
- Track and report on verification progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in verification.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback from a verification perspective.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of verification processes and tools.
