Verification Team Lead

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Verification Team Lead to oversee and manage our verification processes within the pulp and paper industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data and processes, leading a team of verification specialists, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Lead and mentor a team of verification specialists, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and implement verification procedures and standards to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the verification team, managing workload and priorities.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of verification processes and outcomes.
• Identify areas for improvement in verification processes and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of verification activities.
• Prepare and present reports on verification team performance and findings.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
