Verification Team Lead (3-5 Yrs) | Surat

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Verification Team Lead to join our growing team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of verification processes, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for contributing to the Indian railway industry. This role requires someone with 3-5 years of relevant experience and a BBA/BBM degree, capable of guiding a team to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our railway technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of verification specialists, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and implement comprehensive verification plans and strategies for software and hardware components related to railway systems.
- Oversee the execution of test cases, identify defects, and meticulously document issues and their resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Analyze verification results, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the verification lifecycle.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the verification team.
