Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Verification Team Lead with a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and 3-4 years of experience to lead our verification team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and integrity of our verification processes within the petrochemical and plastics domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of verification methodologies, and the ability to mentor and guide a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of verification engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Develop and implement comprehensive verification strategies and test plans for new product development and process improvements.
- Oversee the execution of verification activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Analyze and interpret test results, identify root causes of failures, and recommend corrective actions.
