We are seeking a meticulous and driven Verification Team Lead with 2-3 years of experience, holding an M.Tech degree, to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the verification processes within our furniture and furnishing operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of verification specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Develop, implement, and refine verification protocols and standard operating procedures for product quality, authenticity, and compliance.
• Conduct thorough reviews of verification reports, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Development, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain) to resolve issues and improve overall processes.
• Analyze verification data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Train new team members on verification procedures and best practices.
