As the Vice-Chancellor of Studio Paca, you will be the visionary leader responsible for setting the strategic direction and operational excellence of our design institution. You will foster a culture of innovation, academic rigor, and industry relevance, ensuring our programs meet the evolving needs of the architecture and interior design sectors in India and globally. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the strategic vision and long-term goals for the institution, aligning with the startup's mission and the demands of the design industry.
• Oversee all academic affairs, including curriculum development, faculty recruitment and management, and quality assurance of educational programs.
• Foster strong relationships with industry partners, professional bodies, and government agencies to enhance internship opportunities, research collaborations, and graduate placement.
• Manage the institution's budget, resources, and operational efficiency to ensure sustainable growth and financial health.
• Champion research and innovation, encouraging faculty and students to push the boundaries of architectural and interior design.
• Represent the institution externally, acting as a spokesperson and advocate for design education and practice in India.
• Promote a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment for students and staff.
