We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Vice - Chancellor. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with 1-3 years of experience looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment within the power sector. The Vice - Chancellor will support the executive leadership team in various administrative and strategic functions, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for senior management.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Support in stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Assist in project management activities as required.
