Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice Principal to lead and manage the academic and administrative functions of our educational institution. The Vice Principal will work closely with the Principal to foster a positive learning environment, implement educational strategies, and ensure the overall development and well-being of students and staff. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of educational best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Principal in the overall administration and management of the school.
- Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation to ensure high academic standards.
- Manage and mentor teaching staff, providing professional development opportunities.
- Develop and enforce school policies and procedures.
- Manage student discipline, welfare, and extracurricular activities.
- Liaise with parents, guardians, and the wider community.
- Contribute to strategic planning and school improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all educational regulations and standards.
