This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience and a B.Sc degree, looking to contribute to the educational and content development landscape. The Vice Principal will play a crucial role in overseeing academic operations, curriculum development, and faculty management within our organization, with a specific focus on our content and language-related programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of educational strategies and policies related to content and language programs.
Support the Principal in managing faculty, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Oversee the day-to-day academic operations, ensuring smooth delivery of content and language courses.
Contribute to curriculum design and content creation, ensuring alignment with industry standards and student needs.
Monitor student progress and provide guidance and support to enhance their learning experience.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Maintain records and prepare reports as required by the management.
