Video Producer

Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Producer to join our dynamic marketing and communications team. The Video Producer will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality video content that aligns with WNS's brand identity and marketing objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of storytelling, visual aesthetics, and video production best practices to create engaging content for various platforms, including corporate communications, marketing campaigns, training materials, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop video ideas from brief to final output, ensuring alignment with project goals and brand guidelines.
- Write scripts, create storyboards, and plan shot lists for various video projects.
- Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, on-site or remote shooting, and post-production editing.
- Operate camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear to capture high-quality footage.
- Edit raw footage using professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create compelling narratives.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, music, and voiceovers to enhance video content.
- Ensure all video content is optimized for different platforms and formats (web, social media, internal communications).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, communications, and subject matter experts, to gather requirements and ensure accuracy.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, ensuring timely delivery of all video assets.
- Stay updated with the latest video production trends, technologies, and best practices.
