Video Producer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Producer to join our dynamic team at ReNew Power. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing high-quality video content that effectively communicates our brand story, project achievements, and commitment to renewable energy. This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and project management skills to deliver engaging video assets for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop video concepts and storyboards that align with ReNew Power's brand messaging and marketing objectives.
- Plan and manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production (scripting, location scouting, talent coordination), production (filming, directing), and post-production (editing, color grading, sound mixing).
- Operate video and audio equipment, including cameras, lighting, and microphones, to capture high-quality footage.
- Edit raw footage into compelling narratives using professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective video solutions.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Stay updated with the latest video production trends, technologies, and best practices.
