Video Producer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Video Producer with a Master's degree to join our dynamic team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in video production, with a strong understanding of storytelling, visual communication, and post-production techniques. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing high-quality video content that aligns with our company's brand and marketing objectives within the clinical research sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop creative video concepts for various projects, including corporate communications, marketing campaigns, training materials, and internal initiatives.
- Plan and manage all aspects of video production, from pre-production (scriptwriting, storyboarding, scheduling) to on-location or studio shooting.
- Operate camera equipment, lighting, and sound recording devices to capture high-quality footage.
- Edit raw footage into compelling narratives using professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Incorporate graphics, animations, music, and voiceovers to enhance video content.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and communications, to understand project requirements and deliver effective video solutions.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest video production trends, technologies, and best practices.
