Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Video Producer with a Bachelor of Arts degree to join our dynamic marketing team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end video production, from conceptualization to final delivery. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that aligns with Royal Enfield's brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects from brief to completion.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for various video formats, including promotional videos, social media content, product launches, and internal communications.
- Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production (scripting, casting, location scouting), production (directing, shooting), and post-production (editing, color grading, sound design).
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure video content meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Source and manage external vendors, freelancers, and agencies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video production techniques, trends, and technologies.
- Ensure all video content is delivered on time and within budget.
- Edit raw footage into engaging narratives and visually appealing final products.
- Manage video asset libraries and ensure proper organization and archiving.
