Video Producer (3-5 Yrs) for BBA/BBM Graduates

We are seeking a creative and experienced Video Producer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is ideal for a candidate with a BBA/BBM background looking to leverage their business acumen and creative skills in the NBFC sector. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing engaging video content that aligns with our company's brand and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop creative video concepts and storyboards for various marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
- Manage the entire video production process, from pre-production planning (scriptwriting, scheduling, budgeting) to shooting and post-production (editing, color correction, sound mixing).
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure video content is aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using industry-standard editing software.
- Stay updated with the latest video production trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Analyze video performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Effectively manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
