Video Producer - Defence & Aerospace (Delhi) - 2-4 Yrs

Role Summary:
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is seeking a dynamic and creative Video Producer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. This role is crucial for creating engaging and informative video content that showcases HAL's contributions to the Defence & Aerospace sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of scientific and technical concepts, potentially gained through an M.Pharma background, to translate complex information into compelling visual narratives. You will be responsible for the end-to-end production process, from conceptualization to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for various platforms, including corporate communications, marketing, training, and internal use.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and scientists to understand technical details and translate them into clear and engaging video content.
- Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning (storyboarding, scheduling), production (filming, directing talent), and post-production (editing, sound design, motion graphics, color correction).
- Ensure all video content aligns with HAL's brand guidelines and messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest video production techniques, technologies, and industry trends.
- Adapt complex pharmaceutical or scientific information, if applicable from M.Pharma background, into easily understandable visual formats for a broader audience.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
