Visa / Immigration Consultant (1-3 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Visa / Immigration Consultant with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for facilitating the smooth immigration and visa processes for our employees, both domestic and international, supporting our operations in the fast-paced consumer electronics and appliances sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visa regulations and excellent organizational skills. This position does not require a graduation degree but demands practical knowledge and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist employees with the preparation and submission of visa and immigration applications.

Provide guidance on visa requirements, documentation, and procedures for various countries.

Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and consulates to track application status and resolve issues.

Maintain accurate records of all visa and immigration-related documentation and cases.

Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies affecting international employees.

Coordinate with HR and relevant departments to ensure timely processing of travel documents.

Address employee queries and concerns regarding visa and immigration matters.
