Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Visa / Immigration Consultant to manage and facilitate the visa and immigration processes for our employees and potential hires. This role will ensure compliance with all relevant Indian immigration laws and regulations, providing expert guidance and support throughout the entire process. The consultant will work closely with HR, legal departments, and external agencies to streamline immigration procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on and manage visa applications for foreign nationals seeking employment in India.
- Oversee the application and renewal of work permits, employment visas, and other necessary immigration documents.
- Ensure compliance with Indian immigration laws, regulations, and policies.
- Liaise with government authorities, embassies, consulates, and immigration agencies.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and their families throughout the immigration process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all visa and immigration matters.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies affecting foreign workers in India.
- Assist with the preparation of immigration-related reports and presentations.
