Visa / Immigration Consultant

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Visa / Immigration Consultant to manage and facilitate the visa and immigration processes for our employees and their families. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth international mobility for our workforce, supporting our global operations within the NBFC sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advise employees on visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and application procedures for various countries.
* Prepare and submit visa applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
* Liaise with immigration authorities, consulates, and embassies to track application status and address any queries.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes in key jurisdictions.
* Provide support and guidance to employees throughout the immigration process, including relocation assistance.
* Manage and maintain accurate records of all visa and immigration-related documentation.
* Coordinate with internal HR and legal departments on immigration matters.
* Develop and implement strategies to streamline visa and immigration processes for the company.
