Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Visa / Immigration Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding individuals and families through the complex processes of visa applications, immigration procedures, and relocation services, primarily for those associated with or supported by our NGO and social service initiatives. This position requires a strong understanding of immigration laws and procedures, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to assisting clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and application processes for various countries.

Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.

Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and visa regulations relevant to our client base.

Liaise with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities on behalf of clients.

Provide pre-departure and post-arrival support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records and case files.

Offer general advice on relocation and settlement to ensure a smooth transition for clients.
