Role Summary:
We are seeking experienced IT professionals with a passion for teaching and knowledge sharing to join us as Visiting Faculty/Guest Faculty. This role involves delivering engaging lectures, conducting practical sessions, and contributing to curriculum development in areas relevant to our IT services business. You will play a crucial role in upskilling our workforce and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures and conduct practical/lab sessions on various IT topics, including but not limited to software development, cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and AI/ML.
Develop and update course materials, presentations, and case studies relevant to current industry trends and TCS's service offerings.
Assess student learning through assignments, quizzes, and final examinations.
Provide constructive feedback to trainees and address their queries.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and tailor content accordingly.
Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and industry best practices.
