Visiting Faculty / Guest Faculty - Emerging Technologies

Role Summary: TCS is seeking experienced professionals and academics to serve as Visiting Faculty / Guest Faculty to deliver specialized training and lectures on cutting-edge topics within emerging technologies. This role is ideal for individuals with deep expertise and a passion for sharing knowledge with our workforce, contributing to their continuous learning and skill development in areas critical to our future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and training sessions on specific emerging technology domains (e.g., AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Quantum Computing).
• Develop and update course materials, case studies, and practical exercises relevant to current industry trends and TCS's business needs.
• Facilitate interactive learning sessions, encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving among participants.
• Assess participant learning through assignments, projects, and discussions.
• Provide constructive feedback to participants and contribute to their professional development.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements and research in their field of expertise and integrate them into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with internal TCS teams to understand specific training needs and tailor content accordingly.
