Visual Designer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Designer to join our dynamic marketing team at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in India. The Visual Designer will be responsible for creating compelling and on-brand visual assets across various digital and print platforms to support our pharmaceutical and life sciences initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, branding guidelines, and the ability to translate complex scientific information into engaging visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, infographics, presentations, and other marketing collateral for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and print materials.
- Ensure all visual designs adhere to Dr. Reddy's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and R&D teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for user interfaces and digital experiences.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance our visual communication.
- Work with external agencies or vendors when necessary for specialized design tasks.
- Contribute to the development of visual concepts and creative strategies for marketing campaigns.
