Visual Effect Supervisor (2-3 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Visual Effect Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and a passion for visual storytelling. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual effects for our agrochemical product marketing and educational content, ensuring they are engaging, accurate, and aligned with our brand vision. This role is based in Thane.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual effects.
- Conceptualize and storyboard visual sequences, demonstrating a strong artistic eye and understanding of visual flow.
- Oversee the creation and integration of CGI, 2D animation, and compositing elements.
- Guide junior artists and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and consistency.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges related to VFX production.
- Manage timelines and resources effectively to deliver projects on schedule.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in visual effects and motion graphics.
