Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Visual Effect Supervisor to oversee and manage all visual effects production for our corporate communications and marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to lead a team to deliver high-quality VFX for our pulp and paper industry context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the creation of all visual effects for corporate videos, advertisements, and presentations.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and marketing teams to define the visual style and technical requirements for VFX.
- Manage the VFX pipeline, from concept to final delivery, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.
- Guide and mentor junior VFX artists, providing constructive feedback and technical support.
- Oversee the integration of CGI, compositing, and other VFX elements into live-action footage.
- Ensure consistency in quality and style across all VFX shots.
- Stay updated with the latest VFX technologies, software, and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions.
- Review and approve final VFX shots before delivery.
