Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and technically adept Visual Effect Supervisor to join our team in Surat. This role is ideal for an individual with a Master of Arts degree and 1-4 years of experience in visual effects, looking to contribute to innovative projects within the petrochemical industry. You will be responsible for overseeing the creation and implementation of high-quality visual effects for corporate presentations, training materials, and marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of VFX artists, providing clear direction and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into visual concepts.
- Supervise the entire VFX pipeline, from pre-visualization to final compositing.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of visual effects across all projects.
- Develop and implement creative solutions to complex visual challenges.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest VFX technologies and trends.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
- Contribute to the artistic vision and aesthetic of visual effects.
