Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Visual Effect Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Guwahati. This role is crucial in conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual effects for our consumer-facing marketing campaigns, product visualizations, and digital experiences within the rapidly evolving consumer, retail, and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 3-4 years of hands-on experience in VFX.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creative and technical execution of visual effects for marketing materials, advertisements, and digital content.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to translate concepts into compelling visual effects.
Manage and mentor junior VFX artists, providing guidance on technical challenges and creative direction.
Oversee the entire VFX pipeline, from pre-visualization to final compositing, ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met.
Stay updated with the latest VFX technologies, software, and industry trends to drive innovation.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure seamless workflow.
Ensure consistency in visual style and quality across all VFX assets.
