Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal themes for various hotel spaces, including lobbies, restaurants, and event areas.

Create compelling visual displays that highlight hotel services, F&B offerings, and special promotions, ensuring they are attractive and informative.

Collaborate with marketing, F&B, and operations teams to ensure visual merchandising efforts support overall business objectives and guest satisfaction.

Maintain visual merchandising standards across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in presentation and brand messaging.

Analyze sales data and guest feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improving visual merchandising effectiveness, leveraging analytical skills from LLM training.

Source and manage inventory of props, fixtures, and decorative elements, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgets.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design aesthetics to bring fresh ideas to visual merchandising concepts.
