Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the visual appeal of our brand presence, both online and offline. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating compelling visual displays that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives, ultimately driving customer engagement and sales within the travel and tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies for retail outlets, online platforms, and promotional events.
- Create eye-catching window displays, in-store layouts, and digital content that reflect current travel trends and promotions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Source and manage props, fixtures, and materials for visual displays.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize visual merchandising efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in visual merchandising.
- Prepare reports on visual merchandising performance and present findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure brand guidelines are strictly adhered to in all visual presentations.
