Visual Merchandiser

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our growing team. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating and implementing visually appealing displays and layouts across our operational hubs and customer touchpoints to enhance brand perception and operational efficiency within the logistics network. This role requires a blend of creativity, understanding of spatial design, and a practical approach to logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies for our sorting centers, delivery stations, and customer service points.
• Design and implement effective layouts for package sorting, storage, and dispatch areas to optimize workflow and space utilization.
• Create engaging visual displays that communicate operational processes, safety guidelines, and brand messaging.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and design teams to ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand identity and operational goals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
• Source and manage inventory of display materials, signage, and equipment.
• Stay updated with industry trends in visual merchandising and logistics operations.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess and improve visual merchandising effectiveness.
