Visual Merchandiser

Role Summary: The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating and implementing visually appealing displays in our retail stores and showrooms to attract customers and enhance the brand image. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and a strong understanding of design principles and retail trends within the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative visual merchandising strategies for product displays, store layouts, and window presentations.
- Ensure all store displays are consistent with brand guidelines and current marketing campaigns.
- Plan and coordinate the setup of seasonal displays, promotional events, and new product launches.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize display effectiveness and drive sales.
- Source and manage props, fixtures, and materials required for visual merchandising.
- Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest retail design trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in the Indian furniture market.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
