Visual Merchandiser (3-4 Yrs) role in Defence & Aerospace

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser with 3-4 years of experience and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree to join our dynamic Defence & Aerospace team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging displays that enhance the presentation of our products and brand identity within our facilities and for external stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, spatial arrangement, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies for product displays, exhibition booths, and internal showrooms.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and sales teams to ensure visual displays align with product launches, branding guidelines, and strategic objectives.
- Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to visualize merchandising concepts.
- Source and manage props, materials, and lighting to enhance visual appeal.
- Ensure all displays are consistent with safety regulations and company standards.
- Analyze display effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in visual merchandising and aerospace/defence aesthetics.
- Manage the budget allocated for visual merchandising projects.
- Train and guide junior team members or external contractors as needed.
