Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visualiser with a Bachelor of Arts degree and 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. The Visualiser will be responsible for creating compelling visual concepts and designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives within the courier and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create visual concepts for marketing materials, presentations, social media, and internal communications.
- Translate marketing briefs and business requirements into impactful visual designs.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to understand project needs and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Ensure all visual outputs are consistent with Blue Dart's brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Prepare rough drafts and present final ideas for approval.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while adhering to deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies relevant to the logistics and corporate communication sectors.
