The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating marketing concepts into compelling visual designs for our packaging solutions. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure brand consistency and enhance product appeal on the shelves.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop innovative visual designs for packaging, considering market trends and client requirements.
- Create mock-ups, 2D/3D visuals, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with product development and design teams to ensure feasibility and aesthetic appeal of packaging designs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging design trends and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed design briefs and specifications for production teams.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
