Job Description

Role Summary: The Voice & Accent Trainer will be responsible for enhancing the communication skills of our employees, particularly those interacting with international clients or in customer-facing roles. This role is crucial for maintaining Tata Power's professional image and ensuring effective communication across diverse linguistic backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting needs analysis to identify specific voice and accent challenges among employees.
  2. Designing and delivering training programs focused on pronunciation, intonation, rhythm, and clarity.
  3. Developing training materials, including presentations, exercises, and audio/visual aids.
  4. Providing one-on-one coaching and feedback to individuals to address specific areas for improvement.
  5. Monitoring trainee progress and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
  6. Staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in voice and accent training.
  7. Collaborating with HR and departmental managers to align training objectives with business needs.
