Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Voice & Accent Trainer to join our team at BYJU'S. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing the spoken English communication skills of our employees, focusing on pronunciation, intonation, clarity, and overall professional delivery. This role is crucial in ensuring our customer-facing teams communicate effectively and professionally with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on voice modulation, accent neutralization, and pronunciation for employees.
- Develop and implement training modules tailored to the specific needs of different teams within BYJU'S.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to individuals to address specific areas of improvement.
- Assess employee performance through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in voice and accent training.
- Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to align training programs with organizational goals.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, exercises, and audio-visual aids.
