Voice & Accent Trainer

Role Summary: EazyDiner is seeking a dynamic and experienced Voice & Accent Trainer to enhance the communication skills of its customer-facing teams, particularly those interacting with restaurant partners and diners. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that improve clarity, pronunciation, and overall professional communication, ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions on voice modulation, pronunciation, intonation, and accent neutralization for customer service and sales teams.
• Assess individual and team communication needs and develop customized training plans.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to trainees to help them improve their spoken English.
• Develop training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessment tools.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in voice and accent training.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure training aligns with EazyDiner's brand voice and service standards.
