Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Voice & Accent Trainer to join our growing team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of phonetics, pronunciation, and communication skills, coupled with a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for training our learners to improve their spoken English proficiency, accent neutralization, and overall communication effectiveness for professional settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging training modules on voice modulation, accent reduction, pronunciation, and intonation.
• Assess learners' current communication skills and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to learners.
• Utilize a variety of training methodologies, including role-playing, simulations, and interactive exercises.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in voice and accent training.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers to integrate voice and accent training into broader course offerings.
• Maintain training records and track learner progress.
