We are seeking an experienced Voice & Accent Trainer to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and 3-5 years of experience in improving spoken communication skills for corporate professionals. You will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance clarity, pronunciation, and overall vocal effectiveness within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct needs assessments to identify specific voice and accent training requirements for employees.
Design and deliver engaging training modules on pronunciation, intonation, rhythm, and stress patterns.
Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to individuals to address specific communication challenges.
Develop training materials, exercises, and assessment tools.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in voice and accent training.
Collaborate with HR and departmental managers to align training with business objectives.
