Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Voice & Accent Trainer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Pharma background and expertise in communication to enhance the spoken English proficiency and accent neutrality of our employees, particularly those interacting with international stakeholders in the agriculture sector. This role is crucial for improving our global communication effectiveness and fostering a professional image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive voice and accent training programs tailored to the needs of employees in the agriculture, forestry, and fishing industries.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify specific pronunciation, intonation, and rhythm challenges faced by trainees.
• Develop training materials, modules, and exercises, incorporating best practices in accent reduction and clear communication.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to individuals to improve their spoken English and reduce regional accents.
• Utilize your M.Pharma knowledge to understand and effectively communicate technical agricultural terms and concepts, ensuring clarity for diverse audiences.
• Assess trainee progress through regular evaluations and provide reports on performance and improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in voice and accent training and apply them to enhance training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR and departmental managers to align training objectives with business goals.
