We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Voice / Blended - Other. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient communication and operational support within our healthcare services. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications, managing patient inquiries, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure seamless service delivery. This position is ideal for a B.Pharma graduate with 2-3 years of experience looking to leverage their pharmaceutical knowledge in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound voice calls and blended communication channels (email, chat) for patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service-related queries.

Utilize pharmaceutical knowledge to address basic patient queries regarding medications, dosages, and general health advice, escalating complex cases to medical professionals.

Accurately record and update patient information and interaction details in the CRM system.

Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and documentation related to patient services.

Collaborate with internal teams (doctors, nurses, administrative staff) to resolve patient issues and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, including data privacy and confidentiality.

Continuously improve communication skills and product/service knowledge to enhance customer experience.
