Voice / Blended - Other (BCA Required) - Coimbatore

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Voice / Blended - Other professional with 1-3 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for supporting our internal and external communication channels, ensuring seamless information flow and efficient customer interaction within the electronic components and semiconductor domain. You will be instrumental in managing various communication platforms and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of our Coimbatore office.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound voice calls, and manage blended communication channels (email, chat) with professionalism and efficiency.

Address customer inquiries, provide information on products and services, and resolve issues effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and provide timely responses to customer queries.

Assist in the preparation of reports related to customer interactions and communication metrics.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the communication and support functions.
