Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually driven Volunteer with a Doctorate/PhD to contribute to groundbreaking projects within our Engineering & Construction division in Kochi. This role is ideal for individuals with 2-4 years of post-doctoral research or relevant industry experience who are looking to apply their advanced academic knowledge to real-world engineering challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct advanced research and analysis on complex engineering problems, contributing novel solutions and methodologies.
Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams to integrate research findings into project planning and execution.
Develop and validate simulation models, experimental setups, and prototypes to test theoretical concepts.
Prepare detailed technical reports, research papers, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in relevant engineering fields and identify opportunities for innovation.
Mentor junior researchers or interns, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of learning.
